Hi Kris

For those disciplines (except TT's) in France you need to be in the FFC. See www.ffc.fr. Time trials tend to be part of stage race events. There is no set organisation for them.
The other organisations are FFCT.org and UFOLEP.org.

The licences run from 1st January, some clubs will pay your licence fees. All will need a medical certificate for insurance purposes and maybe a passport type photo.

You can become a member of those organisations without being a club member.

I would first check with BCF to see what they recommend or if they have an extention to France scheme.

We have members in our group who are also in the LRVC.
